Shipping Information

SnazzyGood.com orders ship Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours of receipt. Care Package orders that are placed on weekends or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping Offer – Snazzy Good will gladly ship your Care Package free of charge via USPS Priority Shipping. USPS Priority Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days from the time USPS receives the package. USPS does not guarantee delivery time or date and does not allow for shipment tracking.

Free shipping does not apply to any other methods of shipping. If you need guaranteed delivery or a faster shipping method, Snazzy Good also offers shipping via UPS. Orders using UPS shipments will be charged the UPS calculated rate based on shipments originating from Alpharetta, GA.

Snazzy Good  is not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier. Please note there may be unexpected delays during inclement weather and other unexpected conditions.  We currently only ship within the United States.

Return Policy

 What is your return policy?

If for any reason you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at icare@snazzygood.com within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery to discuss replacement or refund. All refunded or replaced packages must be returned to Snazzy Good within 15 days of delivery. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will do whatever we can to make your order perfect.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive email notification with your package tracking information. In the unlikelihood that a package is lost, the customer is not available to receive the package, or the package is refused, UPS or USPS will send an email notification to you. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Snazzy Good within 5 days of expected delivery regarding the handling of the lost or returned package.

Returned packages will be held by Snazzy Good for 5 business days. Upon notification from the customer within (or before) the 5 day period, we will reship the package at the expense of the customer or we will refund the cost of the package minus shipping. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed for packages containing food or items opened or damaged by recipient. In the case that the customer does not contact Snazzy Good within the 5 day period, no refund will be issued.

Packages re-directed by UPS due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur a $10 fee. Please verify your shipping address and be sure to include apartment numbers or building names where appropriate.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Any shipping fees charged at time of purchase are not refundable. Please insure the package against loss or damage if not included in the cost of shipping. No CODs or bill recipient returns. They will not be accepted. With United States Postal Service please do not send package signature required. Shipping fees for shipments to the customer or from the customer are non refundable unless Snazzy Good has made a shipping error.
